Did you poop today?

September 3, 2022

Mom is video chatting with dad. "What did you eat today? Did anyone call? Who's with you now?"

Why would I show you this banana? Well...mom "makes" me eat a banana every day. I guess I've taken dad's place. Not only does she feed me bananas, she also asks if I've pooped today. I know this is oversharing, but being able to poop daily is important to her (and dad). What's interesting is that I remember when my Gong Gong was alive, he had issues with being able to poop. He had to take Metamucil and sometimes make visits to the hospital to get "unplugged." Anyway, we should all be happy when we can eat and poop.

Wish I was more of a botanist so that I can name this. Pretty!

This is Holiday Park (kind of like our version of KOA).
You can come in a RV, car, rent a motel or sleep in a tent. Super inviting and clean.

Our walk today was at Palliser Vineyards. We were instructed to follow the orange marker.

We met Lisa and her dog, Boulder, on our walk. It was so fun talking to her about New Zealand, dogs, and life. Mom and I learned that in New Zealand, breakfast is breakfast, lunch is lunch, and dinner is tea!

There were dark clouds in the sky, but we only had a few sprinkles. Whew, we didn't get too wet.

We enjoyed a most delicious lunch at the Union Square Restaurant and Pub.
Seafood Linguine and a Reuben sandwich.

The title of this blog included "poop", but I just want to end with some pretty flowers.
