Before leaving Rotorua, we walked to the local bakery and got ourselves a cinnamon roll, chocolate cronut, and custard donut. Online reviews are pretty accurate!

During the drive back to Taupo to see Huka Fals, mom put on her mask to rest and to make sure she doesn't get event ore stressed out about the driving situation. Situation was that I was driving on the other side of the road, it was raining, new environment. Naps are good. Eve masks are good. 

We arrive at Huka Falls and it was AMAZING! The color was incredible. I didn't expect this!

We stopped by a farm store and got some really cream real fruit ice cream on the way to Napier, a town

on the east coast of the North Island. 

We arrived in our AirBnB in Napier and were greeted by Snow!

Napier's architecture is "Art Deco".

We took a short walk into town to check it out and stretch our legs. 

Water is soothing, calming, life giving.
