Flight is FULL to party in Puerto Vallarta!
Got a flight from LAX to PVR. Alaska Airlines staff was pretty energetic. Valerie gave instructions loudly: EACH PERSON MUST HOLD YOUR OWN BOARDING PASS AND PASSPORT! WE ARE NOW BOARDING GROUPS A,B, C!
Her colleague then asks her to sing it. Valerie breaks out in Jackson 5’s ABC tune.
Pretty funny and entertaining.
Flight was smooth to Puerto Vallarta. Arrival to the airport meant being received by tons of timeshare representatives. Apparently the time shares rent out the entire lobby receiving area so that they can “welcome” visitors. We got our package through Costco Travel. This is a picture of what we see for our balcony. Pretty gorgeous.
Lunch and Dinner. I was HUNGRY!
Welcome drink! My choice: mango margarita with tamarind. It was yummy!
Ocean views, palm trees, sunset, time with Victor in a gorgeous spot.
There are alligators nearby and signs say not to swim in ocean or go to beach after sunset. Staff shared that there’s a swamp nearby and in the rainy season, alligators get swept over to the ocean beach area. They don’t like salt water so eventually go back to their swamp. Yikes! Kind of scary!
This is a beautiful picture but I think I got some mosquito bites while sitting here. Ugh…
